Ki Creation-Training with Kami takes 7 days to do(needed to do Ki attacks DB world starters start with this)
Basic Training-100exp a day(no limit)
Sparing-exp depends on who the training is with(3 day a week limit)
Grav Training-1000exp a day(makes an advanced version of Basic training must rent room from someone in the site or have one yourself)
Spirit and Time Training-50,000exp a day (can only be done 2 days ever must be at Kame's)
King Kai Training-adds 500,000exp(must have mastered King Kai as a master and be at his planet 5 days to do)
