Description: An enigma, this truly sinister individual dresses in a voluminous dark black cloak which encompasses his entire body. The hood hides his face as he only strikes from the shadows. The only things which his victims see is his claw like left hand and his right arm...which has been replaced by a scythe blade.
Known Background: His reasons for attack are unknown. The only sound he makes is a loud cackling which is the last thing his victims often hear. He was forced into retreat after an encounter with Strike Force Team J. In that battle, he succeeded in severing Agent Steven's right arm and deeply slashing Kyoji's chest. He was finally defeated by Major Toshiro and Agent Susuki through a strategy of smokebombing the area and gunning down anything that happened to be standing. The mysterious killer lost his left hand and right leg in the fight but has since regrown them. His hand attacked even when severed from the body.
The Reaper's second appearance was while Strike Force Team J was wandering through the periphery of the Wicked City. This time, however, the Reaper alongside someone calling herself Queen Mri. While she was killed by gunfire, the demon hunter Hayasa sprang into combat intent on vengeance agains the Reaper. He disappeared into the night.
The Reaper's final appearance came after a threat to awaken the sleeping dragon beneath Tokyo. He, along with several others of a group calling themselves the Dark Angels, assembled a great oil pump, holding it together only with magic. After an ensuing battle, the Reaper was knocked into the oil by Hayasa where he is presumed to have burnt or drown to death. The oil pump collapsed into the ocean shortly after.
Favorite Tactics: The mysterious killer prefers to attack from the shadows, using his appearance to stun his enemies. He then aims for limbs first, finally going for the kill after his opponent is incapacitated. The reaper never walks, instead soaring through the air like a ghost.
