Description: A man of obviously foreign birth. Appears to be Japanese. Has short cropped hair. Has brown eyes. Stands at about 5' 6". He always a nice long coat with a good shirt and slacks. He seems very calm. He is often seen trying to co-operate with his co-workers whenever he can. Has a very beatiful and decorative ring on his hand.
Known Background: Whats to say, hes the 'new guy' What little that is known, is that he /tries/ to maintain a good impression with his co-workers. Until recently, not much was known about his martial status, though on occasion he has mentioned being married. Rumors circulate that he used to be with SWAT.
Favorite Tactics: Nobody could possibly disagree that Sumitshi is a pretty good shot in a close range firefight, but seeing the destructive power of the shen, he would actually prefer a more medium/long range firefight. If unarmed or very close, it seems that he knows a few martial arts moves.
