The Code of Antaria (Blacklands Law)
The Code of Antaria( Blacklands Law):This is the law in which The Antarian World, and all worlds who are with in the Antarian Roleplay Gaming system must follow,if they World ,has any of the Antarian System on it ,it must follow the Antarian World Law,So Say Blackland.
First Law:The Antarians have the right to freedom of choice, above all else, unless it conflicts with one of the other laws ,that is here with in.No God or Goddess, of any kind may interfer with the lives of mortals. these law on the Dieties is absolute.So Say Blackland Creator of All Things.
Second Law:anyone who is caught murdering another, committing treason ,against the antarian world.Treason is defined as anything against the interest of the Antarian World.They shall be put to death if found guilty .So Say BlackLand.
Third Law:Anyone caught raping ,stealing ,or any other violate crime. for rape it is instant castration,for stealing you lose one hand for the first offense, second hand for the second offense,and the head for the third offense.So Say Blackland.
Fourth Law:Slavery is totally against the law, except in the evil realms ,this is permitted ,by those forces that are evil,because well they are just evil.So Say Blackland
Fifth Law:Taxes ;you may not charge any citizen of your realm,more then 1 darpa ,in every 20 ,this law is absolute.So Say Blackland
Sixth Law:any one caught spying on a realm ,in a state of war, and are caught in such an offense, shall be put to death immediately.So say blackland.
Seventh Law:No Shadowwind Can marry anything else ,but that of an elven ,or of the Amermyst, the Silverwind ,human clans, anything else ,is absolutely forbidden,any offending ShadowWind Shall be Stripped of all title Deeds, and lands, and shall be imprisioned for up to 1,500 years of life,The only exception to this rule,is the marriage of a shadowwind to The silvermane.Tbis is absolute,So Say Blackland.
Eighth Law:The Regent or Regentesses ,of any given realm ,their word is law, if it does not violate ,any of the laws of this code.They have the right to govern ,as they see fit,otherwise, So Say Blackland.
Nineth Law:You have the right to council, if you are accused of any said crime, you have the right to remain silent,and not give anything against yourself. the prosecution has to prove, that you did said crime, beyond a reasonable doubt.you have the right to a jury of at least 5 member,and the majority of the said jury rules.So Say Blackland.
Tenth Law:The council as a whole,their ruling on the Antarian World issues,and keeps of the world law, their rulings on any matters, in foreign policy ,rules, laws, and that all lands, i mean all lands, must follow the ruling and will of the council,this is absolute.So Say Blackland .
Eleventh Law:The Senate makes new antarian law, as a whole, this is made up of ,at least to members, of every kingdom ,realm and clan.they make the laws that govern the peoples ,and their everyday lives, The Council inforces them,but they shall not make any law that goes, against the Code that i have passed down.So say Blackland.
Twelveth Law:You have the right to freedom of speech,unless it violates the rights of others, or this code,you have the right to write, or print anything you wish,as long as it does not violate,the rights of others or this code.So Say Blackland.
Thirteenth Law:You have the right to challenge ,anyone who is with in your status.This is the right of personal combat, and this can be done at any time,for any reason,and the one who is challenged must accept,if they do not accept, they lose all titles, right lands, and life, to the one who has challenged them ,and they declined too,this is the law absolute. Fourteenth Law:You have the right to the freedom of religion,this right is a given,and this can not be taken away by any means,provide it is one of the gods and goddesses of the antarian world ,in which your worship,you must have a god or goddess ,to believe in.So Say Blackland.
Fifteenth Law:you must belong to a clan,or a nation absolutely,this is a absolute, their is no way around this law, if you do not, you are automatically put to death ,for being a non nationalist.which means you must hold loyalty to 1 realm ,kingdom ,or clan,this is absolute.So Say Blackland.
Sixteenth Law:You must have Findels Blessing for a Marriage, this is absolute.There is no such thing as divorce, in the antarian world,and anyone who calls for such a thing ,will be put to death ,by beheading, this is for life,so be sure you wish to wed the one, that you are intended too.So Say blackland.
Seventeeth Law:Healers ,you must ask they goddess Findel for said magic ,in which you will,and you must thank her,otherwise ,she shall be offended, and your magicks shall always fail.So Say blackland.
Eighteenth Law:Anyone has the right to declare war on another nation,this is absolute, this is also a law that can never be violated. Declarations of war can be for any reason,So Say Blackland.
Nineteenth Law:Any Regent whose word, or decree is broken ,by one of his rule, and it is not with in this code,Shall be put to death, unless it is with in this code, that say that they do not have too.So Say Blackland.
Twentieth Law:Any Alliance made, with another realm ,must be kept, if it is broken,the one who has the alliance violated on them,has the right to declare war, and has the right to have the realm or kingdom who has violated pay for said war,So Say Blackland.
Twenty First Law:Any Right That is not given to the state, realm ,or kingdom ,is given to the people.so say blackland.
Twenty Second Law:Any Regent who is so cruel to his people,and so unjust shall be put to death ,by the people, and the people shall not be held under the law .for murder, because this was not murder, this was justice.So Say Blackland.
Twenty Third Law:There shall be a separation between the religious institutions ,the state, and the Courts.This is absolute, one shall not interfere with the other,the courts are the keepers of the law, the state governs said people, and the church governs religions beliefs, So Say Blackland.
Twenty Fourth Law:There is not Creator of the worlds, except me, for my law is the law, any violation of said laws, or any decrees that i have passed down,shall be judged, by the mortal courts, and when you pass on, shall be judged by me,So say Blackland.
Twenty Fifth Law:Any antarian must hold true to their nature, rather it be good ,evil,or of the neutral nature, they must hold true to it,So Say Blackland.
Twenty Sixth law:Any council member,whom associates in anyway ,with any one who is in the land of the banned,from antaria,shall be stripped of their seat, and stripped of all lands, and sent into the void for all time.So Say Blackland
Twenty Seventh Law: Any Member of The Council of elders, whom associates openly,or otherwise,with anyone who goes against said will of council,or goes against the ways of the Antarian Universe,Any Being who is openly against the way antaria does things,will be stripped of said council seat, Stripped of all lands, and sent into the voide of nothingness for all time.So Say Blackland
Twenty Eighth Law:Any Foreign land whom wishes to form an Alliance, or trade pact with the Antarian world.Must follow the council of Elder absolute, and the rules of The Antarian universe.So Say Blackland.
Twenty Nineth Law:That which that is not of the Antarian universe or world,shall not hold any place with in the Antarian Universe Thirty Law:Al Citizens of the Antarian World, and Universe ,must follow and Abide by all antarian universe laws, no matter where they are,only Antarian Universal law applies to them,such as combat, justice ,and protocol.So Say Blackland
Thirty One Law:Any world with in the Antarian Universe is subject to the Laws of Blackland.So Say Blackland.
Thirty second Law:Any being must have a god or goddess,those being whom do not have one, shall be punished, and put to death.Thou Shall not insult thy god either,hence you shall be put to death> So Say Blackland.
thirty Third Law:All Being must stick to their nature, rather it be god, evil or Neutral.To step from your Nature ,is to offend they god,or goddess,and thy shall be put to death for such an offence.So Say Blackland.
OOC Rules
1.Rules of Conduct: No ooc verbal bashing of anyone, no arguing over said rules, this is a place to have fun,and play a real gaming system.the rules here ooc wise ,the rules of The Antarian Roleplay Gaming System Are Absolute.This rule is given so that all players have a good time, no one likes fighting of any kind ,when players argue it rules the fun for everyone, anyone who starts this ,a fight ,or anything ,will be automatically banned from the system for life,and placed on the wall of shame.This rule will be strictly inforced by all Registered And Certified Game Masters, if you name is not on the said list of Game Masters ,then you are not i repeat Not A game master in the antarian roleplay gaming system.No Matter how much you say that you are, you are not a game master, if you are not found on the list of game masters, this is absolute.
The Game Master: The game master gets the final say, and his word is law, if the game master is being totally unfair, do not i repeat do not argue with him,take it to four other game masters, and let them deal with it properly,or take it to the council of elders, let them deal with it,do not as a player every argue with a game master,they will be dealt with ,if they are being totally unfair,They will be dealt with ,as a player do not do anything ,that can get you in trouble too, this is just a friendly word of advice.
2.Antarian Combat: you must make a full post, this is with all the points with in the paragraph,this is with the opponents name, or the name of what every you are attacking, the specific name, not move to the opponent, but instead moves to the dragon before me.you must be creative in your attack, as well as posting all the nessecery points, in a physical attack post
Defense post : you must state the defense that you are using with in the combat post, this must be done in the points of the defense,you must also be creative with in this post.
Magic Combat:you must do two post when casting a spell, one to summon and one to cast, they must be two separate posts as well, the summoning must have the nessecery magic base points, or dark magic points, etc, in the number of the points, that said spell requires.the post with casting ,must have the points in damage, and all points to said damage, when cast,these must be some what creative,and if it is a healer who is summoning and casting said spell,they must asks and thank findel goddes of healing,if they do not the spell will automatically fail,and the caster take the full damage, even if the spells magic has to be reversed to do it.
3.All players must have a valid character sheet, this must be posted on a webpage, for all people to see,because if it is not on the sheet, you do not have it.You also must have some proof, as the backing of the game master ,that will state that they gave you a certain magical item or weapon, or armor,or something,if this item is in question,by more then 3 people.We like to keep all things fair ,and all players, must keep things fair.
4.Ressurrection :This is of any character who has died,a Character can be attempted to be ressurectioned 3 times, this is 3 times total,if they ressurection fails the first time, you can attempt twice more, but know this,if the second time fails, and the third time succeeds, well then they are alive and brought back,but if they die again under any circumstances ,they are a dead character for good, there is only 3 chances at life of the character, that is it,no more, and if any players wishes to leave the antarian system ,because they lost a character, well then they leave, and they will not be welcome back,because no one like someone who plays that way.We all have lost some of our favorite characters, most of us create another, and move on,this is the way it should be. I Stress 3 times total, not 3 times in any given campaign,or quest, 3 times total and that is it.
5.Questing: All antarian players must quest ,at least 2 days a week,this is only fair to the group,anyone who misses those two days without a real life thing, i mean if they are online, playing somewhere else, and they dont come, and quest with the group,they are gone, they are just gone,because it is unfair to the group,if they are not here ,when they are online, if they are not online chances are they have a real life deal to deal with.
6.The Council:the councils ruling as a majority is law, they make any discision as a whole, and no one shall question the rule of the council, period, this council is the only council of Elders that matter, when they say something ,that is the way it is like it or not.Their Word is law.
7.No OOC into ic,or IC into OOC: you can not take ooc ,into ic,and ic into ooc ,anyone who violates this even the slightest, will be warned once, and then if they do it again ,they will be banned ,and placed on the wall of shame, and never ask back.
8.If anyone does not like the ooc rules, that are stated with in this system ,they can just leave, these rules are for the good of all players, and i will not be questioned on them what so ever.
9.Never i repeat never ,call someone a liar, unless you have 100 percent absolute proof that they are lying, never insult anyone what so ever,never call anyone a newbie here, or they can not game when they are trying to learn the antarian roleplay gaming system, but if they do not try to learn it,say a vtm saying they can game, when they do not,they are not gamers.All players must help the new players learn the system.we are like one family we help each other, never tell anyone no you will not help them learn this system,that is one thing i will not tolerate,and this will get you booted faster then anything else.
10.This system was build for real gamers, or those who wished to learn real gaming,T1 and T2 do not apply only antarian rules apply to antarians,period no matter where they are,any other form of rules other then antarian rules, will be deemed invalid, like it or not these are the rules .We are gamers not stupid fantasy chatters, if you leave us alone, we will leave you alone,if you challenge an antarian to combat, even if you are not of the antarian system of roleplay gaming,well the antarian rules apply to said combat,this is absolute,and final.
Note From the Creator of the System:This system has been online for many years, i have been in the chats for over 10 years, and The Antarian Roleplay Gaming System has always been here, we are the oldest form of online combat, and we have the best form of combat online, this is an absolute,we are on a pure point system,and how do you get these points, you quest, you fight other antarian characters ,and so on,this is a level progression system ,the more experience points you have, the higher the level you have, the more powerful the character is,you can only fight someone with in 8 level of you ,for the fight to be deemed valid,this is player versus player combat, we do not like the easy kill,and it will be deemed invalid.
