Welcome to the Council of elders.Here with in you will find the only online council,that real matters,they have been online for a very long time,when it comes to gaming, they are the only said council.Their word as a whole is law.What ever there disicion is, and if you are a real gamer, then you abide by it.They are here to help players,and to settle disputes.These rules were made for thos who enjoy real gaming,and to keep all of the god moders out.This council was formed of the real gamers who are trying to just restore good,and fair play for all players concerned,we are just trying to keep real gaming alive online.These rules only apply to the real gamers, who believe that there should be a council of the best players, and game masters online, that set rules for general play, those who are storytellers, have fun in writing stories, this council is for those who do believe in it.

The Council of Elders:There rule is Absolute for online gaming,and if you do not like their verdicts,well that is just too bad,because they are build and made for real gaming,and they do what is best for online gaming,only god moders,and non gamers do not listen to the council.Real Gamers to listen to said coucil,and player who does not follow the rules that are laid down by said council for online play,will not be , i repeat not be held valid,they will be non exsistent.You are not Valid if you do not Follow the Rules that the Council of Elders have Laid down,this is period and final.This goes for all systems absolute, if the council deems you a non gaming you will go into the Halls of shame as a player.
The universal rules of play for online gaming:
1.The council of elders:Their rulings are absolute, if you wish to game in free chats, and be held valid ,then you will hold this council ,as the highest of all authorities.Their word is law ,period,their word is absolute.The Majority rules on this council ,in what is to be done.
2.For Right now the only Valid and Accepted form of combat is that of Antarian Combat,until The Castille Realm can get theirs worked out.T1 and T2 ,or any of those other non combat forms are not valid anywhere,does not matter the realm.Only Antarian Combat is Valid,So Say the Council Of online Elders.
No OOC into IC,there is no taking out of character,into character,and no in character into out of character,there is no ooc verbal trashing of anyone,anyone who breaks this rule unprovoked will be put in the halls of shame, and be deemed a non gamer, which means ,by order of the council he is to be iggied,everytime he enters a room.anyone who does not do this ,will be held in contempt of the Council of Elders,So Say The Council of Elders.
Magic this must be posted into two posts,one to summon ,and one to cast,this must have all the nessecery magic base points, and damage with in the two separate post,this is one to summon and one to cast.
All Character must have a Real and Valid Character sheet,they must have a valid level progression of some kind(no time based characters allowed,this must be in experience points,or valid number of kills,actions and so on,where you get some many points for kills ,heal,or action)this is the only way a character will be deemed valid.you must work to build your character, and no god moders are held valid.
The Systems of Eden ,Jacmus ,Ayenee ,and jacmus plus,are held invalid to online gaming,this is an absolute ,so say the council of elders,and Vtm only if the council Approves said clans will be deemed able to play.
Any Other rules ,that the council might devise, is open to their discreation,and they will never be challenged, on any given ruling,this is the way it is, if you are not on the council ,you do not have any say in the way of things, you can only suggest ,and advise to the council,you can never tell them what is ,and what is not online gaming.the council was, is ,and always will be the law online gaming, and if you do not like it,then dont play ,it is that simple.
