These are where the dragons rule. There will leaders for each board (soon hopefully!) and they will each set up their own system of leadership. You can be here only as a joined, a friend of dragons or as a dragon who came to this sanctuary. If you are niether then you must wait for a joined in the Village. There your joined will find you and will take you to it's home.
