Steam PBEM

Steam PBEM uses the following rules for character creation: Use Dice Pools as Skills, with the expanded skill list of 20, Dice as Ability Score, with the normal list of 4 and normal Specialities. The secondary Size ability is also used. Character's Personalities will be expressed with Gusto/Caution and the Morality trait. All background traits are also in use.

Since all the PBEMs here will avoid dice SteamPBEM will use traits. Characters should be created with a mix of points and templates as shown below:

The Third Class Citizen is someone who is not only not accepted into the fold of society but repudiated by it. This category includes criminals, the deformed, street peoples and savages. Third Class Citizens start with the following skills and abilities:
