To be Alone
To be alone
to be far away,
to not have a throne
in which you could relay.
To be absorbed
in a whole new world,
to shout and not be heard.
To be in love
and need a hug,
only to be shoved away
like an old rug.
To want to cry
and not dare ask for advice,
instead to lie even when it
hurts inside.
To be yourself,
to be scared and
hide in a shelf because
no one seems to care.
To be a teenager
in a lonesome life,
is to be a stranger
and to slowly die.
