Ingredients
Pre-heat oven to 400°. Grease 12 medium muffin cups.
Beat eggs, stir in sugar and oil.
Mix in remaining ingredients until blended. Batter should be lumpy.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Immediately remove from pan.
Ingredients:
- Mix apples and sugar. Add oil + nuts + eggs and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients, add to wet mixture.
- Spread into greased and floured pan.
- Bake at 350° for about 55 min.
- Cool in pan.
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 °; cream butter and sugar until fluffy and light.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and slowly beat into butter mixture, alternating with the yogurt, lemon juice and zest.
Pour into greased and floured pan.
For Glaze: cook ingredients for 10 - 15 min or until it becomes syrup. Pour over warm cake.
Bake: 350 Time: 50 min.
