From: MattBetter late than never, here's the tree structure. (Insert your own 'hippie standard time' joke here.) Please note a couple things: -Due to peculiarities in the distribution of signups, the geographical distribution is a bit wacky in spots, and nearly random in others. I did the best I could, but there are a few of those 'I'm in Florida and my tree-children are all in New York' moments in there... -A randomly chosen handful of people who signed up as 'branch' wound up as leaves, which couldn't be avoided without overtaxing the downloaders. You folks are hereby coopted into two important roles: reviving the inevitable dead branches, and spinning for the inevitable stragglers who mail me after the structure is posted. I'll be mailing you individually as these little contingencies arise. -All the international people (there are five of you) have me as their direct parent; I'll spin for everyone if necessary, or we'll work out a way for some of you to spin for others. Couldn't come up with a better way to handle this. So here's the deal (forgive me all if I insult your intelligence, but there are some folks signed up who are new to the game, and I want to be sure everyone knows what's going on): Everyone who signed up has a line in the structure that looks like Trey Anastasio VT {2-3} which means your name is Trey, your email address is trey@phish.com, you're in Vermont, and (if you have a number) how many copies you said you'd be willing to spin (in this case, 'two or three'). Find the line that corresponds to you. If your line is not indented, you are either me or a downloader, and you've already got the discs. For everyone else, the person immediately above you with one less indent than you is who you'll be getting the discs from. _Send this person an email right now._ The people immediately below you with one more indent than you (if there are any) are the people you'll be spinning for. If you don't hear from them _soon_, send them an email. I'll assume everyone knows what to do from there, but let me reiterate just for the record: _no_ cash, _no_ 2-for-1, _no_ profit whatsoever, and if you're sending someone b&p, try to make it as easy as possible for them to turn your discs around. _When you get your discs_, please mail me at matt@xsite.net with the subject line "8' Tubes: Got Discs" (or something that resembles that), so I can check you off on my little list. Thanks in advance to everyone for helping to get this show out there, thanks again to Mike for the seed, and big thanks to the downloaders, who are really carrying the weight of this effort. Anyone with any questions at all, please mail me... Ready, set, go!
