Make your home your own personal tearoom. I love tea so much, I want to share it with everyone. I can bring the same warmth and serenity to your home or place of business, and create a lovely English tea. It's a wonderful way to celebrate your friends, a birthday, your Red Hat Society, or a bridal shower. Women's business luncheons can be made very memorable. And I will show you and your guests the art of afternoon tea. A pot of freshly brewed tea, a delicious assortment of sandwiches, sausage rolls, and beautiful desserts will be served gracefully to you and your guests, on lovely bone china plates and cups. With dainty linen napkins on your lap, soft classical music playing, and quiet inspiring readings, I will make your afternoon one to remember. While the tea kettle is boiling, I will introduce you to the art of the afternoon tea; the history of how tea was discovered, and who started this wonderful tradition of afternoon tea. I will read you stories of women and their memories of tea with their friends. And this will be the beginning of your own story. COMMENTS FROM MY CLIENTS: Cathy---If you knew how many ladies commented on how wonderful your tea was--well, actually all the ladies present! I've talked to them these last two weeks and they are still talking about the wonderful food, the beautiful setup, and the relaxing atmosphere. I know that was a lot of work. You outdid yourself. Thank you for making my birthday party so wonderful to me. It will be a memory I long cherish. Jody---Val's teas truly are memorable. She has mastered the art of serving a proper English tea. Before you know it your home is transformed to a Tearoom. English china, pretty linens and much more. Teapots of great tasting teas. Warm homemade scones, savories & desserts were fresh and Ohhh so delicious, everyone raved. So glad I found Val. It's a fun, easy way to entertain family and friends. Melissa---Valarie has Tea down to a science. And she has been a good influence on me and other friends, as well as teaching us on the history of afternoon tea and how to make a good pot of tea. Val, you're the best! Judy---Val is wonderful at doing teas, she makes a large variety of teas, sandwiches and scones, and they are all great tasting. Sue---Valarie served an English Tea in my home for 30 women. With only one helper, she did an outstanding job. The food and tea was delicious. The lovely china and silver that she provided was admired by all. During the course of the afternoon, comments could be heard that were very complimentary. I heard the ladies admiring the china and indicating how relaxed they felt during the afternoon. Of course, comments about the delicious food were frequently heard. I am quite certain that this group will be requesting Valarie serve another Tea. She proved to be a delightful and very efficient woman. I look forward to having her provide and serve another English Tea. Emma---Thank you for a great Christmas tea. It was beautiful. Lisa---Valarie catered a candle light Christmas tea for my Tea Society and I must say we were very pleased! The food was delicious, the desserts to die for and the tea was flavorful and hot. Valarie works very hard to please and she does a good job. Her table settings are just beautiful, her hard working attitude is a plus and her beautiful stories are very enchanting. You will not be disappointed if you hire her to host your next tea party. She saved me tons of work and did 95% of the clean up too! Valarie is a top notch tea hostess!
