1.) Drusilla! DUH! Shes already bagged a slayer, unlike Darla. She has hypnosis powers and nails that can cut through skin. Drusilla didnt need guns to kill Kendra. Darla had guns and couldn't kill Buffy. What does that tell you??

2.) Darla is older, stronger and has more experience. She is smart and was the only vamp to think to use guns against a slayer. She was only killed by Angel because she didn't expect it.

3.) I don't know. They are both powerful vamps. It would be a great fight!
