Tribulation

She
stands on the balcony, watching the sky,
As she thinks of her home, she begins to cry.
It's been so long since she was last there,
Her home was destroyed; It's just not fair.

Then
her head is pressed to a chest,
Her husband holds her without jest.
"It's alright, baby," he says, "Just cry,"
Without further adu, she complies.

Her
tears flow faster as she becomes unnerved,
The sound of her grieving is all to be heard.
