LIS SEASON ONE RIFLE REPLICA

TV Build is proud to introduce the (Lost in Space) Season One Laser Rifle Replica complete with working lights. This rifle is all aluminum and can be purchased on Ebay starting at around $699.00 which is well worth the money. With today's economy you might find it hard to spend this kind of money on a prop replica!! I look at it this way...you will not only be making an investment for the future, but you will also get to enjoy a piece of television history as well as obtain an outrageous conversation piece for years to come. I wanted to list some pictures of the rifle in its rough stage and try to explain what goes into making a well built prop so that the fans would have an idea of why we need to keep the price where it is.

Diamond in the rough!!!

Made of 1/8" thick aluminum with welded main barrel, top sights and gussets this rifle is very sturdy. Almost as if part prop replica and part toy, meaning this gun not only looks good but can also be played with in the backyard and not damaged like some of the fragile replica's being offered out there at this time. All the light bulbs can be replaced and are of the highest quality!!

Lots of Parts!!

Almost 50 parts are assembled to make this rifle one of the best ever produced to sell. Machined parts are also utilized for sharp detail and extruded acrylic tip gives the rifle a clean bright glow when lit. The weight of this piece really enhances the realistic quality!!! Pay attention to the detail on the original series props and you will see many of them where painted with a hammered finish just like this rifle. Choosing to paint this rifle was a tough decision!!! The aluminum in its raw state would have looked great, but wasn’t practical because the surface would have needed to be machined polished to hide any imperfections. John Robinson would have been proud of this baby. Guy's son emailed me and said that he enjoyed seeing the rifle listing on Ebay and that it reminded him of the set where he had seen many of the original props used by Irwin Allen's cast members..
