Well this is my favorite movie of all time. It has the most spectacular special effects and costumes seen in any movie to date! It was even nominated for an academy award for them!

The story line is brilliant work done by the man himself, the man who is considered God by some, George Lucas. Lucas also directed this one.

Here are the facts:

• In every scene that she is in, Queen Amidala (Natalie Portman), is wearing a different set of clothes. All up she goes through 11 sets.
• Two podraces were originally scripted. The first was at the start. Anikan smashed his pod in this race.
• Anikan was scripted going to the Jawa Markets. On the way back he found an injured Tuskin Raider and revealed its hideous face.
• On Coruscant R2D2 was originally supposed to fall off a large building and fly back up using his never-before-seen jetpacks. (This may reveal something that could possibly be used in Episode II)

Episode IV: A new hope

The movie that started the amazing STAR WARS craze. It made a name of many previously unheard of people such as– Carrie Fischer, Harrison Ford and George Lucas. This is one of those movies directed by Lucas which explains why it is so good!

Here are the facts:

• When he began writing this movie in 1973, the first thing Lucas wrote was: "This is the story of Mace Windu, a revered Jedi-bendu of Opuchi who was related to Usby C.J Thape, padawaaan learner of the famed Jedi."
• The good side of the force was called Ashla.
• The bad side of the force was called Bogan.
• Chewbacca was spelt Choobacca.
• Princess Leia had a smaller, then larger, then smaller part in the movie.
• Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader were one person.
• A scene of Luke watching the war between the Imperial Star Destroyer and the Rebel Blockade Runner (scene 1) with binoculars was canned.
• Originally 2 towns on Tatooine were scripted but that was cut down to one street due to cost cuts.

Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back

The most interesting of the STAR WARS movies as it reveals a lot of secrets and shows the beginning of Luke’s training to become a Jedi Knight.

Even though most of the tests set out by Master Yoda, (Luke’s trainer) Luke fails, ("The cave, remember your failer in the cave") Luke still becomes a powerful Jedi.

Due to an excellent job by director Rick McCallum (soon to be director of Episode II) NO scenes were cut out of this movie.

Episode VI: Return of the Jedi

This movie shows the amazing ability only held by Sith Lords: The ability to shoot lightning out of ones hands (The reason for this great power will be explained in Episode III) Rick McCallum also directed this movie but left one scene out– A fight between a Gran and a Whiphid on Jabba’s ship. I have seen a picture of this scene so it DOES exist.
