TO LIFE IMMORTAL: A War of the Worlds Website

Welcome and allow me to explain what this site is all about. It's solely devoted to the 1988-1990 series, "War of the Worlds". The series premise had the aliens from the 1953 George Pal film reviving after a 35-year hibernation. The aliens awaken, and are capable of possessing human bodies as a perfect disguise. The aliens (now from Mor-Tax and not from Mars) continue their mission to have Earth ready for colonization. To combat the bacteria that originally defeated them, the aliens thrive on radioactivity.

A government-sponsored team has been assigned to stop them. The members are Dr. Harrison Blackwood (Jared Martin), microbiologist Dr. Suzanne McCullough (Lynda Mason Green), computer expert Norton Drake (Philip Akin) and the military liason, Lt. Colonel Paul Ironhorse (the excellent Richard Chaves).

I hope that this site can be a place that War of the Worlds fans can enjoy. I plan on having a bulletin board where the fans can discuss openly about the show or assorted matters. I also will be happy to look at any fanfiction that you may have. I plan on having a virtual season 2 also where the fans can correct the mistake Frank Mancuso Jr. made.
