According to Kenpi's idealistic future his whole life (mainly teenaged-dom) is just training for him to become the perfect life for his lover. And who is this lucky person who gets this unrequited love, why the second half of the crime fighting fource Duklyon ofcourse, his partner Shuukaidou Takeshi.
