 After
using his Limit Break, Irvine was killed by a simple spell from Edea.
As he lay on the floor, Selphie struck the Sorceress with her mighty nunchuku,
while Rinoa searched her Magic inventory for a Life spell to use on Irvine. |
 Rinoa
used one of the 5 Life spells she drew from Edea to resurrect Irvine, although
it didn't really restore much of his hit points. At least he's alive
and kickin' though, ready to hit on more ladies. What would the world
do without the Irvinator? |
 After
Irvine was brought back to life, our heroes attempted to run away from
Edea, as it was pretty clear that she was too powerful for them at this
time. Unfortunately, they weren't able to escape from the battle,
as pointed out by the grey box that popped outta nowhere. |
 Edea
laughed at our heroes for attempting to run away, and unleashed her most
powerful and previously unreleased spell, the "Phantasmagoria." It
was darkness and light at the same time, and it hurt a lot. Our heroes
were caught off guard by this attack, and lost every hit point they had
left. |
 Our
heroes collapsed dead to the floor, and Edea rose her arms in victory.
Now they would never make it to AX...;_; so sad...
