I confess, I am a great fan of Pokemon. I hum the tune and get all it's vcds as soon as they hit the shelf. And after watching them, I start to bother the shopkeeper to death as to when the next vcd will arrive.
Afterall who can resist the charms of Pikachu, our dear hero in the movie, whose only vocabuary is it's own name. The consistency in the drawing of the characters also make the story easy to understand, who can boast the use of the same face for all their nurses and polices through the story?
And even though there are jokes, the story also take us through the times of sadness. A very great series showing good character development.
