Updated Tha Eastsidaz with some new news on the tracklisting of their new album.
Dogghouse Records
-Snoop Dogg's second try at a record label after the failure of Doggstyle Records.
-Artists signed to the label include; Tray Dee, Goldie Loc, Butch Cassidy, Pretty Tony, The Twinz and Soopafly (rumoured).
-Producers Mark N The Dark and Meech Wells are also signed to the label. Battlecat is affliliated with the label with his production duties.
-First release will be from Tha Eastsidaz (see the page above for more details).
-distributed by TVT Records
DPG Records
-label first started by Priest "Soopafly" Brooks as a branch of Death Row Records in 1997.
-Daz Dillinger signed to the label in 1999 and became CEO of the record label with Soopafly.
-Due to legal problems, Soopafly's album "Like It Or Not" was not released on time and has apparently left the label despite rumours that his album will still be released on DPG.
-Big C-Style joined the label after his own label, 19th Street Records, had troubles with their distributor Priority Records. He has become a CEO, along with Daz, of the label.
-Artists signed to the label include; Daz Dillinger, Crooked I, Lil' C-Style, South Sentrall, Mac Shawn and Big Pimpin'.
-Daz and Mac Shawn have their albums completed, while Big Pimpin' is working on his own right now.
-Distributed by Death Row Records.
