The S.C.E.C. (Sierra Circuit Exchange Club) invites you to join.

This club serves the purpose of introducing members and enabling them to widen their contacts in many countries and enlarge their philatelic acquaintances. This exchange club is for collectors of used world wide postage stamps only.

The Membership fee is: US $5 or 15 International Reply Coupons or 100 large size stamps of your country. No damaged and no cancelled to order please. Do not send more than 5 of each variety.

All circuits will contain at least 30 large size stamps for exchange. Members are required to send stamps and the circuit sheet to the next member on the list. You must use First Class Air Mail only. No Small Stamps Allowed and No CTOs are allowed. You should try to send at least some stamps from your country, if it is listed as a wanted country by the person to whom you are sending. Members are requested to sign and remail circuit within 7 days of its receipt to the address directly below their own.

The last person on the circuit will return the sheet and stamps to headquarters, following the rules listed on all circuits. Extra circuits are given for recruiting new members, sending in donations, paying postal fees, etc.

Applicants under 17 are not accepted. Correct fees must be received, as wrong fees will not be returned or acknowledged. If paying by a US check, make payable to Carol Trainor only. Send Correct Fees and Form To:
