Ex Wheeling and Lake Erie and Rio Grande sd40t-2's were in Palmer, MA waiting to head north to the MM&A over the NECR on the Weekend of January 24-25. I didn't have the digital camera I usually use so I had to use my crappy old one, so the pics aren't that great and I had to lighten them up quite a bit to make them out. I took some slides and hopefully I can have those up in a few weeks. The units were dead next to the NECR yard office in Palmer with 4 other blue ex WLE sd40-2's still in GATX and EMDX paint.
