These codes are done WITHOUT a gameshark. 1. Catching Safari Zone Pokémon: After you run out of time or Safari Balls in the Safari Zone, fly to Cinnabar and swim up and down the right coast (half-sea and half-land) and you MAY run into Safari Zone Pokémon. Now you can weaken the Pokémon and catch it the easy way 2. Cinnabar Island Mewtwos: At the beginning of the game, when you're selecting your name, put A in the second space and D in the third, and you'll fight L128 Mewtwos on the coast of Cinnabar Island. 3. Capturing Pokémon Trick: Hold Up and B while the ball is thrown and until the ball breaks or captures the Pokémon. This will increase the chance of catching a Pokémon, but do not guarantee it. 4. Raise Pokémon Levels After Level 100 1. Get a pokémon that is Lv. 100 and a pokémon that knows how to fly.(If the pokémon is a bird and knows how to fly that's fine) 2. Beat up the Elite four using ONE pokémon which is the one that you want its stats to go up. 3. Then after the credits roll, go to any pokémon Center and deposit your pokémon thatyou just used to beat up the elite four.(Be sure to look at its stats before you deposit it and try to write it down) 4. Walk a couple of steps away from the PC and come back. 5.Go back to the PC and withdraw the pokémon that you just beat up the elite four and look at its stats. 6. If you did the code right, its stats and HP will go up a couple of points. You can do this code about 25-30 times. 7. Go Fishing in a Statue In Pokémon Gyms try fishing in the small statues by the entrance. Sometimes you will find a rare pokémon!! 8. Cloning Pokémon (This trick will require another Game Boy and Pokemon game.) Trade the Pokemon you want to be cloned, and have the other player choose a Pokemon that they don't care about. Trade them, and make sure the player receiving the bad Pokemon can see the other player's screen. When the Game Boy that receives the "GOOD" Pokemon's displays "WAITING", get ready to shut the other Game Boy off. When the "Waiting" message disappears, turn off the Game Boy that is receiving the bad Pokemon. When the "Trade completed" message appears, turn off the other Game Boy. Now, both games will have the same good Pokemon when they are turned back on. -- Do not try this trick with any saved games you want to keep, as it can corrupt those files if done incorrectly. -------------------------------------------------------
