Pokémon Blue Version begins very similarly to Yellow Version. You begin in the small town of Pallet. Explore the town if you like and then head North to Route 1. Prof. Oak will stop you and take you to his lab. There, he will let you choose from 3 of his own pokémon.
CHOOSING:There are 3 pokémon to pick from. There is a Bulbasaur,Squirtle or Charmander. The one you choose is really up to you and I don't guess really matters much in the game but, Bulbasaur is probably the easiest to beat the game with.
Once you're ready head North to Route 1. Use this place to increase your pokémon's level. Collect the potion from one of the trainers and continue North to Viridian City.
