Role-Playing

Angel-Human interactionDuring 2002 I played in one long-term game, "In Nomine", run by Gareth Cranefield. I played a Seraphim of Jean. Our usual mission was information gathering and our usual tactic for finding information out was to find someone who knows what we want to know and either beat or terrorise the information out of them. Yes, we were in fact the good guys. The bad guys do things which are much worse. Trust me.

I am currently running a game of Shadowrun, see the button at the side for more details.

I have just begun a game of Seventh Sea with Michael Foster as the GM, the system looks to be very interesting, with a more heroic feel to things. My Character is Revin Vasgeld, a moderately wealthy wine merchant with ideas above his station.

In order to build his way up to nobility Revin intends to marry into the upper crust. In order to do so he needs to have contacts with other nobles, and thus he has met a few of the other characters.

Revin had a successful time Summer Tourney, securing a lucrative Royal contract, and an investor!
The next step is to expand the buisness, to this end Revin and a bunch of tag-alongs have traveled back to the estate of the Visgelds to degotiate a deal with the Viscount Delenor by which we have purchased a little extra land. Unfortunately we have been slightly distracted by a pesky Werewolf attack and a bunch of marauding bandits.

A picture of CuthuluSoon to come is Jonny Staite's Call of Cuthulu Game in which I, a humble bootlegger who also has buisness investments have come to be the main driver in the Arkham Volenteer Fire Brigade. Smooth talking and an excellent Driver I am looking forward to an interesting game of death, destruction and corruption where my petty criminal is shocked by the depths of supernatural horror in the world.
Dave Augustine (for 'tis my Characters name), Dave is currently in China. Due to various reasons we had to get out of America fairly smartly (we were being chased by the enemies of Al Capone, who is not quite who he appears to be. In China we went into the wilderness and explored a few temples, near one of these I was pounced on by a gigantic tiger. Fortunately I managed to overcome the beast with a little Mano-a-mano fighting.
