Disco Dancing and Sleepover a Fantastic Night!
45 recreational gymnasts rolled up to the gym with thier pillows and sleeping bags - all set for an exciting and fun filled night! We started the night off with some gym and then got into some games and fun before the delicious pizza was brought out! YUM!
After much pizza eating, it was time to pump up the music and hit the dance floor infront of the REAL disco lights and smoke machine! Prizes were awarded for the best, most original and most silly dancers! The supervising coaches were pleasantly suprised at the fabulous dancing technique of the gymnasts.

After all this dancing, it was a relief to relax infront of a video and finally snuggle down on your favourite gym mat and doze off to sleep.
