The 2014 SoCal JC Shootout took place July 18 & 19 at Cerritos College.
I got to 20 games in the two days, and also noticed or heard about some other results. I've posted all that below.

Thanks to event director Gerry Freitas, who once again ran a first-class event, for the VIP treatment. And thanks to Cerritos and coach Russ May for hosting this event in that beautiful, air-conditioned facility!
I couldn't see every team, but I managed to see 32 of them. As for the other 5, I apologize for missing your team, and suggest you come back for the fall shootout September 20-21, also at Cerritos, and I'll see you then!
