EVALUATION:

Harrington is a solid point guard and team leader. He has taken his team to the post season in each of the four years he has been at Tulsa. He tends to get overshadowed by the other great point guards in America, but he can play with the best of them on both the offensive and defensive end of the floor. Harrington can defeinitely play professionally, whether it be in the ABA, CBA, or overseas.
