Vineyard: Hillside location
with a clay-chalky soil. The total
vineyard area is 70 hectares.
Vinification: All the grapes are hand picked.
Vinification is with the
grapes, using carbonic maceration.
Tasting: Chateau
Floris has a wonderful ruby color, a fine nose
indicating a well structured wine. It is full and round
in the mouth with smooth tannins and a hint of
spice. Serve at 60 degrees with red meats and
cheese.
