Who am I?
I'm as broad as the sky.
As you've seen,
my life has many scenes.
I'm deeper than you precieve.
I'm much more than what you see.
I'm a student.
Though many thought I couldn't.
Society keeps my race down.
If I fail, it's not because I'm brown.
Education is what they accept,
but it's as important as self-respect.
Physically, my heart lacks structure,
but, my ambition, it does not muster.
If I hadn't told you about this,
you'd think my life is total bliss.
No sir, it's anything but normal.
My family means alot to me.
In this circle, I carry great responsibility.
If it weren't for God's omipotent hand,
my strength would easily break like a rubber band.
From His house come my best friends.
Sadly, I can't hang with them on weekends.
They concentrate on the student side of me,
but I'm more than that--as you can see.
My life's expreiences direct future goals
of helping children have warm and happy souls.
You ask who I am.
I'm the composer of the poem.
