For those who are not familiar with our work... We make food sculptures. The first picture is the insides of the sculpture. This part is "lovingly" made out of home-made cake, chocolate fudge, vanilla fudge and divinity. It is all hand molded and takes hours to put together. After we finish the insides we add a frosted pastry shell over the insides, This way when it is cut you get the full 3-D effect! The entire process can easily take up to a week. We invented many of our recipes and it's taken years to perfect our technique. If you are interested there is a link to our sculpture site on our first page.
