2001 League Cup Image Gallery

Over two legs, Saint Pats beat the students of UCD, home and away to claim the League Cup for the first time in our history. The League Cup is without doubt the least prestigious of the three club competitions, but in a year when Shelbourne were favourites for the league and ended up winning zilch it was a sweet addition to the Saints' trophy cabinet! Independent Saints official photographer, Billy Galligan was on hand to capture the celebrations at Belfield and back in Inchicore after the game. Remember, do not use any of Billy's pics without seeking his permission.
