We would never like for anyone to leave here with one of our babies without being prepared for the transition of a new puppy at home.

First of all, your new puppy has been checked at least twice by our Veterinarian (when they are first born for any birth defects or problems and at their 6 week check-ups for any acquired problem) and has been wormed every 2 weeks up to 6 weeks old with Strongid (what the Vet uses). Their dew claws have been removed by our Vet at 1 to 3 days old to prevent future problems with these. At 6-7 weeks old the puppies are given their first puppy vaccinations by our Vet. At this time, our Veterinarian performs overall health checks on each puppy. He issues signed health certificates and notes any and all imperfections. We would never knowingly sell a sick or afflicted puppy.

You will receive a 'Pet Passport', it is a little booklet where the Vet's office has recorded the vaccinations and wormings as well as a vaccination schedule to follow with your Vet. It not only tells you what vaccinations are needed and when to vaccinate, but WHY you should as well. All puppies' immune systems are weak and so they should be vaccinated early beginning at 6-7 weeks and every 3 weeks for a total of 4 vaccinations the first year and then a booster once a year thereafter.

We supply you with 2 puppy care kits which include: The puppy food they are eating, chews, toys, 2 great puppy care books and puppy food coupons. All puppies are treated with Revolution® (Vet's once a month flea preventative for puppies) right before they leave here. We also have appropriate sized crates available as a courtesy for $20.00. They are sturdy and will/should last for years. They are the ones we use with our own doxies. You will also get plenty of instructions from us on raising a happy, healthy, doxie, who becomes a very loved family member. We are here for advice when and if you ever need us, as well. We raise very few litters each year, but they are all raised in our home with our family. They've been loved and are part of our everyday life from day 1. By the time they leave us at 8 weeks old, they are guaranteed to be spoiled to perfection.
