Should THE LORD allow partially-immodest summertime women to roam around wherever - sadistically terrorizing men with ignorant, careless, or deliberate and defiant sexual harassment?

Should the State allow such vermin (along with fool atheists) to anti-socially infest our neighborhoods, communities, and nation?

Do inferior-gender (weaker-sex) human females have "the" RIGHT" to choose to commit (not necessary "perform") abortion-homicide choice? To choose to assassinate the Governor? To choose to smash their cars into other vehicles on the freeway? To ram passenger-laden jetliners into Trade Towers in mass genocide? To shout "fire" during a reverent sex scene inside a theater when there is no fire?

WHAT is the DIFFERENCE between a "right" vs. a CAPACITY (slightly different than an "opportunity")?

Should the Government allow CHRISTIANS on federal, state, county, city, and country land? Should federal marshals, state patrol, sheriffs, and police have jurisdiction over such within those territories?

How about Bibles?

Not taxing, or tax-exempting CHRISTIAN churches?

Hymn singing within churches - or outdoors - on territories within the jurisdiction of government officials and agents?

Liquor stores selling wine for communion?

Sunday school picnics on United States land?

Ten-Commandment monuments and plaques displayed along roadsides, next to courthouses, on the internet?

KJV, RSV, NASV, NKJV and other Bibles on desks within public-school classrooms and libraries?

Christian Bibles audibly read during public-school classroom instruction?

The Genesis creationist account of origins read in public-school classrooms?

Genesis science read over the public TV and radio airwaves?

Bible verses in neon on highway billboards?

Should the State employ Christian contractors?

Should the State advertise for Christian contractors?

Should Government insist on HETEROSEXUAL marriages ONLY,or does that establish religion and violate "separate of church from state" (a one-sided and in one sense impossible concept never once found in the U.S. Constitution)?

Should the State subsidize Planned-Parentlessness/Planned-Promiscuity porn and fornication brainwashing in public schools?

Should Government allow the irreligion of homopervert school lectures, plus condom giveaways to immodestly expose private parts for immorality and contract VD?

Should the State allow Satan's commercialists to entice teens to lewd behavior by selling contraceptives to them?

Should the State establish wicked heresies of the ridiculous, anything-BUT-proven, NEVER-occurring-NOR-having-occurred [non-scientific anti-Genesis] myth called evolution.....

BINDING FEDERAL JUDGES

There have been and yet are significant complaints about one single federal judge here and there overruling, overriding, and negating "the will of the people" - with the will of the people frequently being expressed in the secular media's twisted and questionable re-wording or buzzwording of the actual statutes overturned which were previously agreed upon by a large group of many thoughtful legislators and counselors over a lengthy period of time, or agreed upon by vote of the majority population at large on a referendum ballot.

The media, legislators, and especially the judiciary (with associated attorneys and judges) are to blame for this.

Legislators must not write weaselword, self-contradictory, impossible-to-rightly-understand, overly-complex statutes and regulations. Refreshing their minds and brains often with the limited-but-totally-complete HOLY BIBLE would be most helpful to guide and direct them with those matters.

Ditto pertaining to federal and supreme-court justices.

Judiciary have the responsibility to simply and reasonably apply clear and obviously-interpretable statutes enacted by hard-working legislators or public referendum - NOT to legislate THEMSELVES from the bench, decide what if anything of the statute is understandable, constitutional, applicable, etc. And NOT to abrogate the will of legislators NOR the public at large by individual minority-exception "case law." Legislation or referendum must NEVER be eradicated or altered by ANY indivudual case adjudication!

It is NOT up to judges at ANY level to be self-appointed analysts of what are valid statutes and what are not valid, but merely to apply those statutes or referendums to ALL cases with NO variation.

One important factor in restraining and counteracting the great damage one renegade activist federal, appeals, or supreme court judge can do and has done is for the President (Executive branch of U.S. Government) to issue an Executive Order or (better yet) Constitutional Edict making the Department of Justice (now the enforcers of renegade judiciary) the enforcers of the Executive branch - in cases of law:

(1) legislated into existence by the Legislature (i.e. Legislative branch of U.S. Government) OR Public Ballot Referendum,

and

(2) not vetoed by the Executive branch of U.S. Government (i.e. the President)

Besides, the overwhelming majority of local police, sheriffs, marshals, state patrol, and others of the Justice Department would find it FAR less turf-competitive, divisive, disorganized, confused and confusing, and MUCH more unified and coherent for social stabilization, protection, and betterment.....if NON-CONFLICTING SUPREME orders pertaining to statutory interpretation and penalty applications were applied DIRECTLY from the White House (instead of rogue renegade federal and other judges).

As George Bush did an Executive Order establishing the non-touchable-by-judiciary designation and application of Enemy Combatant, he should use the same War-Powers-based Executive Order edict to declare that no longer do federal judges have life terms, but instead are subject to reappointment or release every 4 years.

Also: any federal judge who calls "unconstitutional" any Proposition or Ballot Referendum Amendment of a majority of the voters will promptly be subject to mandatory impeachment (which can be appealed by an impeached judge to the U.S. Supreme Court within 30 days of that impeachment)

Finally: the Speaker of the House can call for a majority vote of the Congress on any particular federal-judge nominee at any time, overriding prejudicial imbalance of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

WHAT ACADEMIC EDUCATION SCHOOLING IS REALLY NECESSARY?

Individual and group English alphanumerics cognizance and construction is vital, combined with pronunciation of such.

In other words, children should be instructed in recognizing and utilizing English alphabet letters and numbers, and able to manipulate the former into words and sentences, and the latter with the basic arithmetic of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division plus elementary proportional algebra.
