Repeal the 19th Amendment

Amendment XIX

The right of citizens of the United States to vote
shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Humanly-conceived, humanly-enacted, and humanly-enforced laws, statutes, and regulations are not "etched in stone." They can be revised, altered, deleted, and replaced. Temporary definitions (and even purportedly "permanent" definitions) of what and what is not "legal" pertaining to such can change 180 degrees in a very short time....depending upon the changeable desires and attitudes of government and governed. Any of the three branches of American government (the executive, legislative, and judicial) can establish and not prohibit according to their whims, as can the civilian voters who voted them in.

What was - according to typical government law and statute - indecent attire for female humans shortly after the turn of the century and before (approximately 1750-1910) is now neither specifically outlawed nor punished by law-enforcement officers and court judges or juries. Committing abortion homicide is not specifically proscribed by the U.S. Supreme Court so as to allow much of the media and populace to rename such murder as "medically-healthy reproductive choice performed" without sanction. Nude young-women strippers freely dance in privately-public bars and nightclubs without much reprisal. Massage and escort harlotry is rampant while misdressed decoy cops occasionally trap streetwalker-searching male drivers and arrest such. Non-consentual fornication and [same-sex] sodomy with underaged children is still illegal and strictly punished. More and more broadcast vulgarity is being allowed by the FCC.

There was a period in United States history when the 18th Amendment - pushed into national law by teetotaling prohibitionists - unduly restricted the production, sale, and transport of alcoholic beverages. Though the intent by some of those people was to do away with drunkenness, the overall effect was to disregard wine-ingesting-supportive Scripture verses, such as:

Genesis 27:28 May God give you of the dew of heaven, and of the fatness of the earth, and plenty of grain and wine.
Genesis 27:37 Isaac answered Esau, "Behold, I have made him your lord, and all his brothers I have given to him for servants, and with grain and wine I have sustained him. What then can I do for you, my son?"
Genesis 49:11 Binding his foal to the vine and his ass's colt to the choice vine, he washes his garments in wine and his vesture in the blood of grapes;
Genesis 49:12 his eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk.
Deut 11:14 he will give the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the later rain, that you may gather in your grain and your wine and your oil.
Deut 12:17 You may not eat within your towns the tithe of your grain or of your wine or of your oil, or the firstlings of your herd or of your flock, or any of your votive offerings which you vow, or your freewill offerings, or the offering that you present;
Deut 14:23 And before the LORD your God, in the place which he will choose, to make his name dwell there, you shall eat the tithe of your grain, of your wine, and of your oil, and the firstlings of your herd and flock; that you may learn to fear the LORD your God always.
Deut 14:26 and spend the money for whatever you desire, oxen, or sheep, or wine or strong drink, whatever your appetite craves; and you shall eat there before the LORD your God and rejoice, you and your household.
Deut 15:14 you shall furnish him liberally out of your flock, out of your threshing floor, and out of your wine press; as the LORD your God has blessed you, you shall give to him.
Deut 16:13 "You shall keep the feast of booths seven days, when you make your ingathering from your threshing floor and your wine press;
Deut 18:4 The first fruits of your grain, of your wine and of your oil, and the first of the fleece of your sheep, you shall give him.
Luke 5:37 And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; if he does, the new wine will burst the skins and it will be spilled, and the skins will be destroyed.
Luke 5:38 But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins.
Luke 5:39 And no one after drinking old wine desires new; for he says, 'The old is good.'"
Luke 7:33 For John the Baptist has come eating no bread and drinking no wine; and you say, 'He has a demon.'
Luke 10:34 and went to him and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; then he set him on his own beast and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
John Joh 2:3 When the wine failed, the mother of Jesus said to him, "They have no wine."
John 2:9 When the steward of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and did not know where it came from (though the servants who had drawn the water knew), the steward of the feast called the bridegroom
John 2:10 and said to him, "Every man serves the good wine first; and when men have drunk freely, then the poor wine; but you have kept the good wine until now."
John 4:46 So he came again to Cana in Galilee, where he had made the water wine. And at Capernaum there was an official whose son was ill.
Acts 2:13 But others mocking said, "They are filled with new wine."
Rom 14:21 it is right not to eat meat or drink wine or do anything that makes your brother stumble.
Eph 5:18 And do not get drunk with wine, for that is debauchery; but be filled with the Spirit,
1Tim 3:8 Deacons likewise must be serious, not double-tongued, not addicted to much wine, not greedy for gain;
1Tim 5:23 No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent ailments.

Therefore, the 18th Amendment was repealed, and the liquor is now made, transported, sold, and bought freely (except after certain hours and/or on Sundays in certain places).

The 19th Amendment - specifically giving women the right to vote plus hold political and governmental office - was and yet is a needless imposition and incitement for women to do what the amendment suggests they do......contrary to:

Ecclesiastes 7:27-29 = Behold, this is what I found, says the Preacher, adding one thing to another to find the sum,
28 which my mind has sought repeatedly, but I have not found. One man among a thousand I found, but a woman among all these I have not found.
29 Behold, this alone I found, that God made man upright, but they have sought out many devices

Nahum 3:13 Behold, your troops are women in your midst. The gates of your land are wide open to your foes; fire has devoured your bars

I Timothy 2:12-14 = I allow no woman to teach nor have authority over men; she is to keep silent. For Adam was formed first, and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor.

As a lamentable and disasterous consequence of the 19th Amendment which directly induces women to violate their subservient-to-male-authority position, we as a sick and beleagered society are besieged and wearied with women clergy, newsanchors, reporters, politicians, high government officials, judges, lawyers, air traffic controllers, fighter pilots, state troopers, and much more. Thus there is the irritating harassment of women's sensual attention-distracting presence, erotically sexy voices, immodest dress, legalistic lack of constructive and innovative imagination, illogic, moodiness, menstuation-based incapacity, physical strength and endurance limitations, wanting weird variety to do things in senselessly-strange ways, and disruptive emotionalism. It is a crying shame and disgrace that the present Speaker of the House, one of our two U.S. Senators from this state, my present Senior Warden in the church I attend, and the symphony conductor over my church choir director....are women.

If the 19th Amendment were repealed, women probably could still vote and try to hold authoritative office....but they would not be so non-Biblically encouraged to so do by legal mandate.....therefore restoring both restful plus sensible peace and order in every community throughout America.

The Biblical chain of command, and ecclesiastical hierarchy in a Christian church, perhaps should be as follows (in descending order of importance and authority):

The Denominational Archbishop (presiding over all synod or diocese bishops)
The Synod or Diocese Bishop (presiding over all parish bishops)
The Parish Bishop (presiding over his church parish)
The Associate Parish Bishop
The Treasurer, Senior Warden, Chairman of the Board, or Chairman of the Council (male only)
The Senior Deacon (male only)
Deacons (males only)
The Senior Deaconness (female only)
Deaconnesses (females only)
