Collett Park is one of our community parks listed on the National Register of Historical Places, dedicated in 1883. The parks department conducts an annual Old Fashion Day in this beautiful and historic park in October. During that event visitors can see vintage and classic automobiles, enjoy a ride in an old fashion carriage or hop aboard the hay wagon for a ride through the park. Arts, crafts, music, entertainment are also part of this event.
