The Chattanooga Area Local currently serves approximately 800 members. The local represents members who work at the General Mail Facility, Remote Encoding Center Site, 12 Stations & Branches, and 32 Associate Offices. The local covers a large area from Chattanooga: northwest to Manchester, TN, northeast to Athens, TN, southeast to Ellijay, GA, west to Trenton, GA, and south to Summerville, GA. This area encompasses some of the most beautiful areas of the USA, and it is a joy to work and live in this area. This site is dedicated to the members who through their union together make life better for all of us.
