Wednesday Morning,

Not that much to report preparation wise.

Contacted a letting agent today and so our house is going to be registered with them and a number of their corporate clients. My contact informed me that he could pop around for a key at any stage and so we are going to have the house presentable for whenever he shows.

Last night involved fixing new hinges to cupboard doors, putting up a second smoke alarm, throwing away more junk, removing ornaments from the house, deciding on more items for the charity shop etc.

I’m going to have to do a little bit of painting also as there are a fair few touch up jobs around the house that we hadn’t really noticed before.

A big thank you to Rory by the way who has offered to look after my rowing machine and swiss ball. He has also offered a palet space for storage in his company warehouse! Excellent!

By the way, S was suffering from stomach pains last night and I am this morning so we presume that these are brought on by the vaccination jabs. Also both upper arms are sore and slightly bruised form where the needles have punctured. Is this all normal? I have no idea. All I know is the doctor said that we have only about 30% protection from any of these diseases and there is a one in 50 chance of a bad reaction from the jabs!!!!!

Also, I forgot this yesterday……three countries in South America where there are bad forms of Malaria; Peru, Bolivia and Brazil…..this means only one thing – the malaria drug Lariam!!!!

The doctors advice was as follows: "Lariam has a bad rep. In 99% of cases where there is a bad reaction, the person involved has had a previous history of psychiatric disorders or the person involved is predisposed to psychiatric disorders"!

I suppose myself and S will find out soon enough if we have that predisposition!!!!!
