Kiwanis Park, east of parking lot.
- Botanical Name: Cornus sericea
- Medium Moisture/Sun-Partial Shade/Attracts Wildlife
- Height & Spread: 3m x 3m
- Form: globe shaped
- Leaf: opposite; ovate; red fall colour
- Bark: red branches are especially attractive in winter
- Flower: white clusters
- Fruit: white berries
- Use: accent or feature shrubs in groups or mass plantings;
stems provide good winter colour; fruit attracts birds
