Rotary Park, near Albert Memorial Bridge.

  • Botanical Name: Quercus macrocarpa
  • Drought Tolerant/Sun/Attracts Wildlife
  • Height & Spread: 10m x 8m
  • Form: high headed upright oval; taproot
  • Leaf: shiny; dark green; deeply lobed; antique yellow fall colour
  • Fruit: 2.5cm acorn enclosed by a cup with a fringed border
  • Use: long-lived, slow growing, shade or specimen tree
