Personal History:
Neoga Ranar was brought into the defense force at an early age. Through mental control and bio-chemicals, he was altered to fight the war. Once the war was over, and they were victorious, he was sent to a Penal Colony instead of unprograming him.

After some work, a treaty was set up, and most of the solders were taken care of. Once the Federation left the dispute, the effort ceased and Ranar, in jeopardy of being sent back to the penal colony, left the system. Taking a small fighter and his war skills, he left on his own way.

After a tough time caring for himself, he bumped into a mercenary named Janka. The two made good together and helped each other out in the many "jobs". Most of his work was as a hit man. He excelled in entering a building, and exiting unnoticed. This union went on for about 5 years. Neoga made a decision to go on his own, and kept up with his ludicrous career. He made plenty of money, and only worked when he needed to. Coming up on 40, he figured retirement was on the list, and did one last job. This job went well, but his client wanted him to do more. Neoga refused. This began his new career, staying out of the way, and staying low.
