2005 Trip to Slovenia

On Tuesday, August 23, 2005 I left the U.S.A. bound for Slovenia and 15-days of walking, touring, hiking, and driving around the entire country to get in better touch with my family's roots and heritage. En route I met a number of fine people, began to learn the language and found some of my ancestors and family history. Here are some of the more than 1,200 photographs that I took along the way.
