Impetuous, assertive, spontaneous Aries is the first sign in the zodiac, and is unlikely to ever forget his place. This cardinal, fire sign is action oriented and will either do what he wants in the moment or forget about it. Aries lives in the here and now and get bored easily if there is nothing to do. Patience isn’t his strong point and in some ways, he is the child of the zodiac. Independent, self-reliant Aries is not one to sit and wait for things to happen, he would rathr make them happen himself! Like other Fire signs, Aries is on a path of self individuation and perhaps his greatest desire is to find out who he is!

Governed by the warrior’s planet, Mars, Aries seek victory and often approach a situation as if it is a battle to be won or a personal challenge to be met. Since Aries is a subjective sign, the Aries native is likely to take things personally and will always see things from his own, unique perspective.
