Namekian Dragon ball Quest

This is probably the most time consuming of all quests
Dragon Ball #1-(Last DBall you get) Must be pure of heart(ALL POSS. OR ALL NEG.).
Dragon Ball #2- You must have a power level of at least 3000.
Dragon Ball #3- You must have an intel. level of 200.
Dragon Ball #4- You have to get it from the lake and you need a speed level of 2000 to do that before you drowned
Dragon Ball #5- You have to fight a namek warrior who's PL is 8,000.
Dragon Ball #6- You must have a partner.
Dragon Ball #7- You have to have 5 of the other dragon balls(#2,#3,#4,#5, and #6).
