Nicholle played the oldest daughter, Maggie. When the show started she was a shy, introverted sort who was constantly ridiculed by her little brother Brighton. But with the help of her new nanny and the introduction of the OGC, (Official Girlfriend's Code), she blossomed into a very beautiful young lady who had a slew of boyfriends throughout the show's run.

Nicholle Tom began doing print work and commercials with her twin brother David at the age of eight. Her family soon moved to Seattle, where she continued to work performing small parts and commercials with David and older sister, Heather. Upon moving to Los Angeles, Nicholle studied at both the Young Actors Space and the Strasberg Institute.

Since The Nanny ended its run, Nicholle has starred in the feature films The Sterling Chase, RAVE, and Panic, with Tracey Ullman, Neve Campbell and William H. Macy. And most recently finished the childrens play Rumplestiltskin.
