Joe Lando will seve as co-producer on the tv series and star as the leading character, Petter Scarbrow in Higher Ground. Lando is best known for his six-year starring role as Byron Sully on th hit telvison series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Women. He completed production on three independent feature films including "blindness" with Vivian Wu, "No Code of Conduct" With Charies sheen and Martin Sheen.
