Lets take a look at this actor’s career then! Joey has had so many acting jobs and ups and downs it’s hard to list them all! He’s been in the terrible musical Freud, and got fired after being hired to play Al Pacino’s butt double! He’s modelled for a public service poster which led to everyone, even his family, thinking he had VD. He’s been a Santa’s helper, a perfume spritzer where he got into a showdown with his rival, a (bad) soap opera teacher, had a small part in a Charlton Heston movie, starred in M.A.C and C.H.E.E.S.E, and he’s had a part in Law and order which got cut! He’s had many more jobs than that but they were just a few. The most high profiled job he’s had so far is Doctor Drake Ramoray in Days Of Our Lives, and it’s the one that Joey is the most proud of! He was doing quite well before being dropped down an elevator shaft! But now he’s back, and ready for more of his acting!

Joey Tribbiani has got one of those old fashioned Italian families like you only see on TV these days. There are his parents-mother (Gloria) & his father (Joey Sr.) who’ve been married for over 25 years & his Italian-speaking grandmother Noni-whose proudest moment was seeing her grandson as Dr. Drake Ramoray on Days of our Lives. He’s got seven adult sisters (including Mary Angela who Chandler fooled around with)-all of whom still live at home & look almost exactly alike! Oh yeah, there’s also Joseph’s Dad’s long time girlfriend Ronni, whom his mother knows all about, but pretends not to because it makes him happy!

So that’s Joey. The smooth-talking womaniser who can be a little dumb, but deep down has a heart of gold! Will he ever settle down? Maybe he will and really grow-up. But then again, maybe he won’t, and he’ll stay the Joey Tribbiani we’ve grown to know and love!
