You step into a sandy cavern, a cool breeze blows in from a distant crack. You realize that this part of the lair is close to the sea. You see Koddragon standing next to you, he gestures towards a small brown sculptured figurine above another...wait no it's no sculpture but a small miniature dragon flying above...another, slightly smaller one, also brown...
These charming little creatures are dragonets, fire-lizards. The older's name is E'li, in elven tounge it stands for a great god of good, Paladine being that name to you humans. I can only hope that my youngling can stand up to that name. It will be a joy to watch him grow and learn as I did...and soon I will lavish this weyr (lair) with splendid gifts, oils for the skin, and food to fill the hungry belly...soon... As of now E'li gaurds Gilean (who is also named after a great god, the god of neutruality) as he learns to fly, and belch flame as E'li did.
