There are so many but I can only list a few...Donna McKechnie-She is the star of "A Chorus Line" She won the the love and attention in that show as well as "How 2 suceed N business w/o really trying" "Follies" and her most recent one-woman show "Into the Music" Telling of her life which is similar to the part she played in "A Chorus Line", Cassie
Emiley Skinner and Alice Ripley-I am sad I missed these two in Side Show. I want to get the soundtrack! NEway they did a fabulous job at the Tony's. Wouldn't you agree with me?
Bernadette Peters-My friend Marley is a bigger fan of hers than I am. I first heard Bernadette in "Annie". She was great! I then heard her in "Into the woods" as the witch. I wish I could hear her in more!
Carol Burnett-I'm sure you ALL know Ms. Burnett from her hilarious movies, but yes she has been on Broadway! She played Ms. Hannigan in the movie version of Annie and the queen in "Once Upon A Matress!"
Ann Reinking-She is quite talented. She was yet another member of the cast of the movie version of "Annie!" She has been in Pippin and have won awards for her role in "Chicago" and her smashing choreography!
Pamela Blair-She played the original Val in "A Chorus Line" I love that song because she does it so well. She is very talented!
Victoria Clark-She may not be as well known as some people. She played Alice Bean in "Titanic!" She will be in many other shows also! I can feel it when she sings!
Jennifer Piech -Jennifer plays Kate McGowan in "Titanic!" She does a wonderful job too I must say! Like Victoria Clarck she will be in many other shows!
Idina Menzel-Idina was in Rent. She was nominated for a Tony...which I wish she had won! Every time I hear her sing chills go through me! Look for a CD which she will release in August!
Freddi Walker and Gwen Stewart-They were in Rent also. They have such soul! They are both wonderful!
Daphne Ruben-Vega: Daphne played Mimi in Rent. She was also nominated for a Tony which she GREATLY deserved!
Carole Bishop-Carole played Shiela in "A Chorus Line" She won a Tony for her fantabulous portrayel of Shiela.
Patti Lupone -A wondeful interpreter of ALW's works. She is wonderful as Grizabella in "Cats" although I can't stand that stupid musical!
Elaine Paige-She was the London Evita. She is great in ABSOLUTELY everything!
Judy Kuhn-She is considered "the Best Cosette Ever!" She is wonderful, I promise! If you are not familiar with her you might know her as the singing voice of Pocohantas in "Pocohantas"
Andrea McArdle-She is famous for her role in Annie as Annie. She also played Fantine when I saw it. In addition to that she has been in Evita and Starlight Express .
Sarah Brightam - Even though she is a home-wrecker she is the best Christine ever. She has such a wondeful voice hasn't she?
Marley Hoggatt-Ok So Marley hasn't been on Broadway...YET! She will be I know for a fact! She is so multitalented. I don't know how she can think she won't get main roles! Even if she doesn't she'll always be a diva to me!
