Scott was born on March 26, 1973. He was a wonderful son, brother, friend, and father-to-be at the time of his death.
We lost Scott on February 14, 1996. He was on his way to work that morning with his boss's step father when the man hit a school bus on our son's side of the truck. The driver was legally drunk. His actions have taken away our beloved Scott.
Scott was a wonderful, caring EMT. He took great pride in his work. We were very proud of him and still are. He did some great things in our small town. There was some flooding in an underprivilaged neighbood a few years back and Scott was right there volunteering his time to assist the residents with a rescue boat to gather some belongings and get them out safely. We have many newspaper clippings where he made the front page for his kindness.
This is a picture of our wonderful 3 year old grandson. He was born after his father's death and will never have the chance to know and love him the way we do. Although there are times we wonder if Dad is talking to him in some way. We have many pictures and precious memories to share with Scottie about his Dad.
Scott had a tremendous love for eagles. He drew them continuously and quite well. We have placed 2 eagles at his place of rest to watch over him.
This eagle has been placed HERE to watch over Scott
and all the children that were taken from us so unexpectedly.
Thank You Carol for this wonderful gift !!!!! |
